Transform your climbing this season by learning to train, fuel, and think like an elite athlete. Set yourself up for success by taking ownership of your training and deepening your understanding of how to effectively approach targeted energy system training, movement learning, and mental performance.
Athletes will master the nutrition and recovery habits required to sustain peak performance, alongside mental routines and targeted strength & conditioning. Through simulation drills, skill refinement work, and targeted enrichment clinics, participants will sharpen the rapid tactical adaptation needed to excel in the upcoming competition season.
Choose from 3 focused sessions
Session 1- August 24th - 26th (Recommended U15 & younger)
Session 2 - August 28th - 30th (Recommended U17 & older)
Session 3 - September 1st - 3rd (All ages welcomed)
How the Camp Works
Each athlete attends three sessions total:
Schedule:
Each day will follow the same general schedule:
9:00 - 9:30: Check in & Warm Up
9:30 - 11:30: On-the-Wall Drills/Activities
11:30 - 12:15: Lunch
12:15 - 1:00: Enrichment Clinic (Nutrition/Strength & Conditioning/Mental Performance)
1:00 - 3:00: On-the-Wall Drills/Activities
Pricing per participant
Members: $350
Non-members: $400
Each day will have a specific enrichment focus covering nutrition, strength & conditioning and the science of training for climbing and mental performance.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations more than 1 week prior to the start of the event will result in a full refund to the card on file
Cancellations made less than one week before the start date will receive a full refund as store credit
Cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund or credit. Please reach out with any questions or concerns at hello@gp-81ytc.com
The credit can be used towards future YTC event registration, fall programming & private coaching at the GP81 YTC

This camp is designed for youth athletes looking to start their upcoming season with an edge. Focusing on all other components that will help transform you into an elite athlete.

Each athlete attends three sessions total.

Day 1 focuses on skill development and understanding.
Day 2 builds directly on those skills and shows athletes how to apply them in a structured competition round.

Each athlete participates in three six-hour sessions for a total of eighteen hours of coached training and education across the session.

This camp is priced to reflect the depth of coaching, intentional structure, and educational focus involved. It is not a drop-in clinic. It is a carefully designed learning experience with significant coach involvement throughout.

Neither — and that’s intentional. Stations and problems are designed to be scaffolded and adaptable, allowing athletes to engage at an appropriate level while still being challenged. The emphasis is on learning and application, not grading or ranking performance.

Athletes are coached throughout the camp. Sessions are built around guided instruction, feedback, and context, not free climbing or passive supervision. Coaches are actively involved in helping athletes understand movement, strategy, and performance skills, including why certain choices matter in competition.
